Do’s and Don’ts

1. General Guidelines:

   • Please join the society WhatsApp group to stay connected. To join, contact Pritish (8618360813) or Sudarshan (9845652122).

   • Interior/Carpentry work to be done only from Monday to Friday, between 9 AM to 6 PM.

   • Fellow residents not to be disturbed with SMOKING habits.

   • LOUD MUSIC strictly prohibited.

   • Fellow Residents not to be disturbed with LOUD NOISE OF TV/KITCHEN APPLIANCES after 10pm.

   • SWIMMING POOL rules to be strictly followed.

   • Gym/Party Hall/Terrace keys will be handed over by the security only to Adults.

   • Any service personnel (Broadband/DTH etc) should be accompanied by the residents.

   • HK staff should be used for Housekeeping activities only. Any damage during these activities would be the responsibility of the residents

2. Common Area:

   • DO NOT damage common area while shifting.

   • SHOES to be kept in proper closed shoe rack.

   • Children are not permitted to play in common area/basement (no game of any sort is allowed).

   • Skating & Cycling in common area (Except driveway) not allowed.

   • PARK your vehicles in your designated parking area only.

3. Garbage guidelines:

   • Residents should adhere to garbage segregation guidelines.

   • Garbage will be collected from doorstep itself. Resident must pay Rs.100 Monthly for the same.

   • Garbage segregation has to be done at the kitchen. Only segregated garbage(dry/wet/sanitary) will be collected.

   • Please don’t throw garbage to the adjacent vacant plots.

   • DO NOT dispose plastic/cloth/sanitary/diaper items in bathroom commodes.

4. Lift:

   • Maintain the LIFT properly, do not scratch or damage the lift.

   • DO NOT use LIFT for shifting materials.

   • DONOT carry bicycles in LIFT.

   • Avoid taking PETS in the LIFT.

5. Gym:

   • Strictly follow GYM guidelines.

   • Children are not allowed in GYM.

6. Children’s Play Area:

   • Children’s Play Area is for kids below 12 years of age only.

   • Children above 3yrs of age have to mandatorily wear masks while playing in the play area

7. Party Hall

   • PARTY HALL to be used for events for a maximum of 50 guests.

   • Cleaning of PARTY HALL after the event will be the responsibility of the user.

8. Pets

   • PETS not to be left unleashed in common area.
